Hi, I’m Ashley — a therapist, coach, and mom of three. I know what it’s like when your heart says one thing, but the world around you keeps pulling you in a dozen different directions.

That’s why I offer two ways to support you, depending on what feels most helpful right now:

Counselling – for understanding what’s going on beneath the surface, making sense of your feelings, and finding relief from anxiety, guilt, or overwhelm. A space to unpack, heal, and make sense of what’s in your heart and mind.

Coaching – for action, accountability, and putting boundaries and confidence into practice. This is about creating change and moving forward, not just talking things through.
